2008 Annual Highlight - Great Work Accomplished in Zimbabwe 
Our yearly Hope Trip took place in September 2008. Six volunteers went to Zimbabwe, and the experience was wonderful! Our volunteers were able to see the plight of children first hand, to work with them in the orphanages, and to hand out supplies in the villages. In addition to our Hope Trip, we accomplished many other exciting goals. We sponsored 120 children of Zimbabwe, provided 30 school uniforms, paid 30 school fees, and shipped 30 boxes of supplies. Heart4Kids also secured a location for our orphanage project, which we hope to start construction 2009. Watch a video of our 2008 Hope Trip.

2007 Annual Highlight - Another Very Successful Hope Trip
The Heart4Kids yearly Hope Trip took place in October of 2007. The trip consisted mostly of the distribution of supplies to children in Zimbabwe, While there, Heart4Kids volunteers were able to visit well over 200 children including two orphanages and two schools in Zimbabwe, share pen pal letters written by Atlanta-area children, and distribute donated items directly to the children in Zimbabwe! 2006 Annual Highlight - Heart4Kids Provides School Fees for Children.
Heart4Kids fully paid school fees for ten children in Zimbabwe in 2006. This accomplishment was made possible in part by funds raised during our Mothers Day Fund Raiser and with generous donations from the law Firm of Mr. Ron White. 

2005 Annual Highlight - Heart4Kids Helps the Child Victims of Katrina and their Parents
In 2005 the Gulf Region of the United States was hit by one of the deadliest and costliest hurricanes, Hurricane Katrina. Many people found refugee in Dallas Texas. Heart4kids organized volunteers to visit refugees from Louisiana and assist with distribution of diapers, clothing and information. Majority of items that were donated were originally intended to be shipped to Africa but due to logistical challenges, had been kept in storage for several months when they were used for the people of Louisiana.

2004 Annual Highlight - Heart4Kids Completes a Successful Christmas Hope Trip
Heart4Kids, a very young organization, started in November 2004. Nevertheless, it's amazing how much was accomplished this short time. Heart4Kids publicized the Christmas drive on radio K104 and through American Airlines and everyone responded so generously. Heart4Kids then wrapped and packaged these gifts and took them to Zimbabwe and with the help of American Airlines and Airline Ambassadors. While in Zimbabwe we were blessed to meet over 300 children at three facilities, and pass out nearly 250 gifts to thankful children.
